SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Your order is important to us and we want you to receive it as soon as possible. Please review the shipping options below to help select the best method for your needs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery or need help with your shipping, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at help@anthonyurso.comWe strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days from time of order confirmation (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays (because that’s family time).

**Immediate shipping is ONLY available in the Chicago area at this time. For same day delivery, your order must be received by 12:59pm CST Monday-Friday.

 

RETURN POLICY

We get it, shopping online isn’t always foolproof. Although we hope you love all your pieces from AnthonyUrso.com we have a return policy in place in the event you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Only full price items that adhere to the below conditions will be eligible for return. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

-     You must file a return request online within 7 days of receiving your order. You will hear back from our Customer Service team within 24-48 hours to confirm receipt of your request as well as a return shipping label for your convenience.

-     All original labels & tags must remain attached

-     Item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original resalable condition

-     Returns must include a copy of the Pre-Approved Return Form obtained from Customer Service

Any returned requests received outside the 7day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, washed, or altered in any way (including make-up stains) will not be accepted. Therefore, please take care when trying things on at home. Anthony Urso reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item(s) to sender without refunding when necessary. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that will be deducted from your total refund. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal or Bitcoin; therefore, any qualifying returns of that nature can only be in exchange for store credit and the same restocking fee will be applied.
